[PWGHF] Add configurable PID vetoes and kinematic QA to deuteronFromLb-task - #18403

- Split the PID vetoes into configurable TPC (e, pi, K, p) and TOF (pi, K, p) vetoes, applied in two pT regions (ptThresholdforPID, ptThresholdforPID2) for data-driven purity studies
- Add eta and rapidity histograms of the selected anti-deuterons in data and MC reco
- Add pT-eta and rapidity histograms at generated level (MCGen and generated in reco events) for efficiency and signal-loss studies
- Add applyRapidityCut switch, applied consistently to reco and gen levels
- Apply the pT cut also in processGen, for consistency with reco level
