Add Mixing.eventStride to pair and triplet mixing: skip whole mixing-anchor windows (1-in-N, configurable) to cut mixed-event combinatorics roughly 1/eventStride without truncating any event's particle content or changing depth. Default 1 preserves current behavior exactly.
