This commit adds a page that explains the decay step in event generation (EventDecayer) and how to configure it. - It explains why intermediate resonances are missing from the MC truth when Geant4's external decayer is used. - It documents EventDecayer.enable and the other EventDecayer keys, with usage examples for event pools and Kine replay. - It adds a diagram of both decay routes. https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/O2-5903 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This PR adds a page "Decays before transport" to the generator documentation. It explains why intermediate resonances are missing from the MC truth when Geant4's external decayer decays a particle, and how the new decay step in event generation (
EventDecayer) avoids that.The page documents the
