linux-rocm-x64 hung in its Build step for hours on master-975 (manual run 39589555524) and master-982 (pipeline run 39596919198) and held the whole release, and the hatchet pipeline waiting on it, behind it.

  • The core never picks a Linux ROCm archive: src/engine-builds/select.ts chooses ROCm on Windows only (WIN_ROCM_RE); Linux x64 runs Vulkan, then CPU.
  • mirror-sdcpp.yml in atomic-chat-conf treats linux-rocm-x64 as optional.

So all (what a release needs) no longer includes it, the release job no longer waits for it, and a release has 14 archives. targets=linux-rocm-x64 still builds it on its own while the build is being fixed.
