Callers that run codewiki for one repo (e.g. a migration pipeline) can now pick the models per run instead of editing the global ~/.codewiki/config.json. The flags override the saved config for this run only.

Adds three flags to
codewiki generate:--main-model,--cluster-model,--fallback-model.They override the models saved in
~/.codewiki/config.jsonfor one run only, like--max-tokensdoes. This lets a caller that runs codewiki on many repos pick the model per run without changing the global config.--verboselogs the main and cluster model.tests/test_model_flags.py(saved models by default, flags win). Full suite: 316 passed.
