Group details panel: approval card buttons overflow off the left edge, 拒绝 unreachable at 1440 px #593

What happened? / 发生了什么？

At a 1440×900 window, the group's details panel (right side of a group chat) shows each member waiting for approval with a command-approval card. The card's action row (拒绝 / 允许一次 / 此 Bot 始终允许 / 本群始终允许) is wider than the panel and overflows off the left edge of the panel: 拒绝 is not visible at all and 允许一次 is cut in half, sticking out over the chat column. Only 此 Bot 始终允许 and 本群始终允许 are fully visible, so from the group panel you cannot reject a command.

The same card in 收件箱 (Agent inbox) renders all buttons fine (拒绝 / 允许一次 / 此 Bot 始终允许 / 本群始终允许 / 打开). On a phone the inbox wraps them onto two lines (#481/#544).

Expected: every button of the approval card is reachable in the group details panel at common desktop widths; the row wraps (or stacks) instead of overflowing.

Likely cause (code reading, origin/main 645a291)

core/src/client/member-status.js:

• ApprovalCard renders the buttons in one .bt-mw-actions row (member-status.js:183-203); Approval card has no way to approve permanently (per Bot or per group) #540/Add Always allow for a Bot or a group to tool approval cards #544 added the two "Always allow" buttons via alwaysChoices (:178-181), so the row is now four buttons.
• .bt-mw-actions{display:flex;justify-content:flex-end;gap:6px;margin-top:4px} (member-status.js:261) with button{height:28px;padding:0 12px} (:262): no flex-wrap, and justify-content:flex-end pushes the overflow out to the left, which is why 拒绝 (the first button) disappears first.

Change scope (suggested)

Client only: let .bt-mw-actions wrap (flex-wrap:wrap, keep right alignment per line) or stack in the narrow panel; a test on the CSS string like the existing CSS assertions. Run npm run build in core/ and regenerate patches.

Steps to reproduce / 复现步骤

1. Desktop window 1440×900 (zh-CN). Make a group (「登录改版」) with several Bots.
2. In the group send "@ALL 提权：…" so the Bots ask for a command escalation (bash, escalate sandbox to danger-full-access). With the mock model this is its scripted escalation scenario.
3. Open the group's details panel (header → details). Each member shows "等你批准" with a card: 拒绝 is off-screen, 允许一次 is half cut.
4. Open 收件箱: the same cards show all buttons.

Diagnostics / 诊断信息

FlyBot main @ 4f6a53d (file unchanged on 645a291), @deepseek-ai/dsh 0.2.0-rc.2 (dsh web), headless Chrome, zh-CN, 1440×900 at DSF 2, mock model core/dev/mock-llm.mjs. Found while recording demos (the demo-4 recording showed the card from 收件箱 instead because of this), not by the self-test routine.
