Summary

• Fix mid-playback SABR stalls ([Bug]: connection fails after recent update #103): a stuck or lost session is replaced in place, and the playback service is the single owner of retries across network, server, and session failures.
• Bring the beta-only changes of 1.10.x and 1.11.0 betas back into dev: in-app GitHub updates, server recommender availability, push delivery acknowledgements, SABR window and segment retry fixes.
• Split the app into core and feature modules with shared convention plugins; remove the unused TV module and SDK.
• Remember decoder rejections across the app, and across launches only when the decoder declared the format unsupported.
• Add a baseline profile and reduce Shorts recompositions during swipes.
• Make lint warnings fatal and enforce the file length limit in CI.

Validation

• Android unit tests, lint, debug and release builds passed.
• Every module's instrumented tests passed on a physical Android 14 device before the beta merge; the merged tree passed unit tests, lint, and builds.
• Physical device: playback resumed after 90 seconds without network; startup and Shorts frame times improved in traced A/B runs.
