Adds a practical guide for using YouTubePHP in a manually approved GitHub Actions uploader, with a README entry point and a separate, immutable Civ13 case study. It covers Desktop PKCE consent, exact upload/readback scopes, Brand channel verification, environment secrets and reusable-workflow forwarding, provenance/content approval, durable dedup receipts, uncertain outcomes, bounded costs and visibility/processing verification.
Includes a small API example and mocked tests against the actual client. The guide explicitly identifies the repository-owned controller/journal hooks that consumers must implement; the templates do not silently depend on Civ13 scripts or install an active uploader.
Validation: 130 local tests / 547 assertions; focused example 16 tests / 74 assertions; PHP lint, both extracted workflow templates checked with actionlint, PHP snippet lint, style and whitespace checks. Dependency setup/install commands were exercised in an isolated consumer with scripts/plugins disabled. Independent review is complete with no remaining must-fix findings. No credentials, grants, uploads or activation changes were made. phpDocumentor Pages setup is being handled separately.
