As 4.2.0 is out, should we add a hint, that this is only applicable for versions <4.2.0?

I just wanted to add it. But I think we can leave this as is. It is not wrong. Adding too many hints creates to much confusion. The deployment-specific configuration is still needed, one the separation by profiles could be omitted. If profile have been used from the section before, it is more consistent leaving it as is.
