• The short answer in docs/virtual-actors.md no longer says that version 1.0 makes no claim of measured scale. It links docs/versioning.md, the one page that states the limits of version 1.0.
• Version 1.0.5 missed this sentence. It wrapped across two lines, so the line-based search did not find it. A search with joined lines finds no other statement of the four limits outside docs/versioning.md.
• The changelog entry is under "Unreleased". The fix ships with the next release, not as its own version.
