Pin the bot engine upgrade and align the local runtime defaults to Agent SDK
0.2.167and Claude Code2.1.300. Use Node 22, which the npm CLI requires.Depends on databricks/databricks-bot-engine#166; merge the engine upgrade first.
Validation: engine/SDK/CLI/Node pins, shared-prelude workflow callers, YAML parsing, shell syntax, and diff checks passed. The engine upgrade passed its CI, including SDK installation through JFrog and bundled CLI version verification.
