Install the AWS Session Manager plugin when installSessionManagerPlugin is set to true. The package is selected from /etc/os-release and the machine architecture (.deb for Debian/Ubuntu, .rpm for RHEL-family). Bump feature version to 1.2.0 and add a test scenario and documentation. This pull request adds support for installing the AWS Session Manager plugin as an optional feature in the AWS CLI Dev Container Feature. Users can now enable this plugin via a new option, and the installation script has been updated to detect the target OS and architecture to install the correct package. Documentation and tests have also been updated to reflect and verify this new functionality.
