Fixes #3037.
The Unified Diff command tests relied on a real SWT paint to schedule their deferred document update. Headless central runs do not guarantee that paint, so the acceptance waits timed out although the command behavior worked. Reuse the existing synthetic-paint wait helper for these tests.
