A teammate's name and avatar fall back to their email while their Mac is unreachable #355
Description
Two-person study scenario 18 (#218), 0.0.33. When Mac B went offline, B's channels stayed listed on A, but:
- the section heading changed from
samechocolixirto B's Tailscale email; - B's avatar became a blank green circle.
Both came back with B.people()inapps/host/src/peers.tsmaps logins to GitHub names only for reachable peers. Keep the last known name, as fix(host): list an unreachable peer's channels as offline instead of dropping them #283 does for channels. Confusion 2/3.

Fixed in #358: the host now keeps each teammate's GitHub login from their last hello (in memory, like #283's remembered channels), so the section heading and avatar stay on the GitHub name while their host is unreachable. Smoke-tested by re-running scenario 18 with two local test hosts: on main the name dropped to the Tailscale email within 15s of B going offline, and with the fix it stayed.
