Offline channels show only an unexplained gray dot #361
Two-person study scenario 18b (#218), 0.0.34. While Mac B was offline, its channels stayed listed on A (via the team directory). The only marker was a small gray dot. Tester A couldn't tell what it meant until they opened a channel and saw "No reachable host runs that channel". Give offline rows a label or tooltip ("Offline: is unreachable"), and consider an offline note in the section heading. Confusion 2/3.
Fixed in #364 (scenario 18b): offline sidebar rows now have a tooltip and accessible label "Offline: is unreachable", a teammate's section whose channels are all offline reads " · Offline", the dashboard's Offline label explains itself, and an offline channel's chat says its host is unreachable instead of showing "No reachable host runs that channel" with a retry. Hosted channels keep #357's workspace wording.

Picked up by the overnight issue watcher (handed over by the study lead); a PR will link here.
