Summary
FEEDBACK-463 clarifies substring boundaries, varargs parameters, the documentation lookup example and side effects. It corrects the precedence of logical negation and the short-circuit explanation in the English and Spanish copies. Russian changes were delivered separately to main.
Evidence
Markdown and Java formatting passed for all 15 paired lesson files. JDK 26 executed 42 code blocks and seven additional assertions. Six documentation links passed. Exercise code, tests and metadata are unchanged.
