Dependabot proposed asm 9.11, but 9.11.1 shipped since and fixes a regression 9.11 introduced (ASM !480, from !460). Take the fixed patch instead of landing a release with a known regression. The CI header names the pinned wrapper version; move it to 8.14.6 with the wrapper so the comment stays true. Related: #84, #85 Co-Authored-By: htjulia <htjulia1@gmail.com>

Combines the two open Dependabot bumps into one change so main runs CI once.

dependabot.ymldoes not apply. The newgradle-wrapper.jarsha256 (ad16bca4…37e0) matches the checksum Gradle publishes for 8.14.6. The CI header comment that names the pinned version is updated to match.ForbiddenApiRule(read-onlyClassReaderscan,Opcodes.ASM9), so no API impact.Verification (local, in the documented order)
