Both come up in review: a hand-edited file in patches/ has no history to read, and a series with fixup commits hides what the change is. Write both down in the developer guide and CONTRIBUTING, and add them to the rules the infix-dev skill lists. Signed-off-by: Mattias Walström <lazzer@gmail.com>
