Public stable v1.4.2 website sync

• Make the direct Windows Inno Setup .exe the primary CTA in header, hero and download panel; never route the primary action to a release list, CI ZIP or portable ZIP.
• Preserve a concrete released v1.4.2 EXE fallback for offline/rate-limited users. The client fetches GitHub /releases/latest to automatically point links to a newer verified stable ProcessBusInsight-vX.Y.Z-win-x64-setup.exe asset only when one exists. No prerelease or draft is accepted.
• Secondary downloads: portable ZIP, SHA256, release notes, user manual.
• Synchronize README, GOOSE feature copy, structured download metadata, and deployment documentation.
• Add a stdlib landing contract test to guard exact fallback version, 3 primary direct EXE buttons, metadata, and dynamic resolver. Pages workflow runs the test plus node --check.
• Respect compact visual hierarchy: no massive fonts/cards or release banners.

Acceptance

1. GitHub Pages build/deploy green and latest site served.
2. Header / hero / download card all point to exact latest stable EXE.
3. Site remains usable when GitHub API fails.
4. README and release metadata agree with live published v1.4.2.
5. Public stable tag and existing release artifacts remain unchanged.

No application code or release binary changes.
