No claims of external-GM/relay/4800fps/120-second acceptance.

PR file changes

1. Retire write-capable old m3h-source-main-reconciliation.yml workflow. It could previously be manually dispatched to create a redundant integration branch even after Integrate tested M3.H Process Bus source into main without release drift #299. Replace with read-only provenance / frozen binary identity audit (tag + source ancestry, original five asset IDs/digests, runtime source parity).
2. Correct M3H_MAINLINE_RELEASE_SOURCE_CLOSURE_2026-10-24.md historical OPEN status to actual CLOSED unmerged outcomes, map all remaining scope to canonical issues.

Merge conditions

• New provenance guard PASS at PR exact head.
• No touched firmware, Studio code, CMake, source tests, release tag or uploaded binary.
• GitHub checks pass and PR comparison confirms only documentation/CI.

Do not republish M3.H assets or silently import old divergent implementation code.
