• Added Pullfrog for OSS and Macroscope for Open Source to the "Open Source Programs" table in every package README. The root README.md symlinks to packages/core/README.md, so it is covered too.
• Shortened every label in the table to the product name (Claude, Pullfrog, Macroscope). The full program name stays in each link's hover title.
• Logos use each tool's GitHub App avatar, at 64px to match the Claude entry.

The playground and tests/bun READMEs still have no Open Source Programs section, same as when the section was added in #170. The same section goes into middleapi/orpc#2335, with the same markup. pnpm check passes on the changed READMEs (oxlint, oxfmt).
