Backport #4058 (baa07f7) to hotfix/9.0.5.

Register the seven built-in NpgsqlTsQuery subclasses with the existing tsquery mapping, without changing generic mapping lookup or SQL translation. Keep the mapping tests and adapt the sync/async Matches regression to the existing 9.0 full-text fixture and parameter naming.

Validated with the branch-pinned .NET SDK 9.0.312 against isolated PostgreSQL 17: mapping suite 114 passed; full-text suite 61 passed and 1 pre-existing skipped test.

The separate empty-tsquery serialization bug in #886 is not addressed.

Fixes #3041

Backport #4058 to hotfix/9.0.5. Register the built-in NpgsqlTsQuery subclasses with the existing tsquery mapping and adapt sync/async regression coverage to the 9.0 full-text test fixture.
