What changed in this PR
Adds configurable retries for integration tests, enabled once in CI, with account cleanup between attempts.
Changes:
- Adds retry and account-cleanup rules to login tests.
- Reports tests that pass on retry in CI.
- Suppresses Kotlin compiler warnings in CI.
