pstack for OpenCode — rigorous agent workflows, control skills, subagents, and playbooks.
@param-ship/ostack ports Lauren Tan's cursor/plugins/pstack workflow to the latest OpenCode (v2.0+) and works just like npx skills: install globally or to a project with one command, keep it verified, and auto-update to new tagged releases.
Install globally to your OpenCode configuration (~/.config/opencode):
npx @param-ship/ostack install -gOr install locally into the current project (.opencode/):
npx @param-ship/ostack install -pTo set poteto-mode as your default primary agent in opencode.json:
npx @param-ship/ostack install -g --default-agentCheck for and install updates. This automatically checks the latest tagged release from GitHub or the latest published package:
npx @param-ship/ostack updateYou can also target an explicit release tag:
npx @param-ship/ostack update --tag v0.15.10Run self-diagnostics on your OpenCode installation (validates all skill frontmatters, kebab-case IDs, relative markdown links, and agent permissions):
npx @param-ship/ostack verify -gList all installed skills, agents, commands, and version metadata:
npx @param-ship/ostack list -gCleanly remove only the files tracked by ostack:
npx @param-ship/ostack remove -gIn addition to CLI installation, @param-ship/ostack is a full OpenCode 2.0 plugin!
Add it to your ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json (or project .opencode/opencode.json):
{
"$schema": "https://opencode.ai/config.json",
"plugins": ["@param-ship/ostack"]
}Or install via OpenCode CLI:
