Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translation

This PR only adds the Brazilian Portuguese translation. It contains no compatibility changes; those are in a separate PR, #72 (GLPI 11 and 12 compatibility).

Changes

• Add locales/pt_BR.po and the compiled locales/pt_BR.mo, covering reservation, validation, table, notification, pre-reservation and availability calendar messages.
• templates/reservation_question.html.twig: pass the translated "Select an item to reserve" placeholder to JavaScript through a data-item-placeholder attribute.
• public/js/modules/ReservationQuestionWidget.js: use that attribute for the Select2 placeholder, falling back to the previous __() call.

Validation

• pt_BR.mo was compiled from pt_BR.po.
• Branch is based on main (1.4.0) and contains no changes outside the files above.

Replaces #58, which was opened from a combined branch.

Hi @andrefelipeufcg, thanks for your contribution!

Translations for this plugin are managed on Transifex: locale files are synchronized automatically from there, so we don't accept translation changes through pull requests.
We imported your pt_BR strings into Transifex, so they will be included in a future release; further changes can be made there.

The placeholder change in the template and JS module is not needed either: __() already loads the advancedforms domain once the locale exists.

Closing this PR for these reasons.
