Modernize the UI#476
Conversation
Move from Bootstrap 4.1 with jQuery and the social-buttons stylesheet to Bootstrap 5.3 with the Bootswatch Pulse theme, pinned on jsDelivr with integrity hashes. The header becomes a navbar that collapses on small screens, the add_blurb form sits in a card with labels stacked above full-width inputs in a two-column grid, and the landing, install, howto and error pages share the same centred layout. The 14px base font size is dropped in favour of the Bootstrap default.

The pages were built on Bootstrap 4.1 with jQuery and a 2018 social-buttons stylesheet, with inline form rows that cramp the labels against the inputs and stretch the textarea across the whole screen.
This moves to Bootstrap 5.3.3, still on the Bootswatch Pulse theme, loaded from jsDelivr with integrity hashes. jQuery, Popper and
bootstrap-social.cssare gone; Font Awesome 4 stays for the GitHub and wrench icons. The form's field names, ids, patterns and option values are unchanged, so the handler receives exactly the same data. The error page keeps its plain
<h1>for the middleware tests.Screenshots
