Backport gh-159623 to 3.14. Follow async-generator wrappers when inspecting suspended coroutine chains and locating the running task's code object.
Adapted to the monolithic remote-debugging module and 3.14's one-slot await-pointer offset. The existing live-process stress test now retries failed samples within its original timeout, as main and 3.15 already do. Windows ARM64 exposed a race when an awaited object was freed during a sample.
The external-inspection suite passes on a debug build: 25 tests ran, with 2 skipped. The new regression tests also pass reference-leak checks.
