  1. When you're PATH environment variable contains spaces, you need quotes.
  2. The boot partition mount path moved from /boot to /boot/firmware

Thank you for your suggested update. We'll look into getting it published shortly.

$ sudo cp arch/arm64/boot/dts/broadcom/*.dtb mnt/boot/
$ sudo cp arch/arm64/boot/dts/overlays/*.dtb* mnt/boot/overlays/
$ sudo cp arch/arm64/boot/dts/overlays/README mnt/boot/overlays/
$ sudo cp mnt/boot/$KERNEL.img mnt/boot/firmware/$KERNEL-backup.img

The paths here match up with the instructions above where it says "First, mount these partitions as mnt/boot and mnt/root". These aren't the paths that these directories appear at under Raspberry Pi OS.

Ah yes, you're right. Mh... what about having mounting the root partition as mnt/ and the boot partition as mnt/boot/firmware? But it might just have been me having been confused.
