The arm64 configs already get NET_SWITCHDEV, since NET_DSA selects it. The 32-bit configs don't enable NET_DSA, so switchdev support is missing there. Enable it explicitly so drivers that depend on it, such as the ADIN1110/ADIN2111 MAC-PHY driver, can be built for all Pi models. Signed-off-by: Ciprian Regus <ciprian.regus@analog.com>
Enable the module for the adin1110 driver, supporting the ADIN1110 and ADIN2111 10BASE-T1L MACPHYs. Signed-off-by: Ciprian Regus <ciprian.regus@analog.com>

The ADIN1110 driver (ADIN1110/ADIN2111 10BASE-T1L MAC-PHYs) depends on NET_SWITCHDEV. That option is a bool built into the core kernel, so it can't be supplied as a module. The arm64 configs already get it because NET_DSA selects it, but the 32-bit configs don't enable NET_DSA, so NET_SWITCHDEV is off there. As a result, 32-bit users have to rebuild the whole kernel just to use these parts.
This PR:
With this, the driver ships as a module on every Pi model, and no kernel rebuild is needed.
