Update MD3 to
@rdlabo/ionic-theme-utils@0.1.5, aligning it with the shared utilities release that makes the Ionic peer optional. The theme continues to require Ionic through its own peer dependency.Changes are limited to the dependency pin and lockfile.
Related: rdlabo-dev/ionic-theme-utils#11 and rdlabo-dev/ionic-theme-ios27#306.
