Summary:
X-link: react/metro#2075

Upgrade flow-parser, flow-estree, flow-eslint, flow-transform, and flow-api-translator across the xplat and AR/VR JavaScript tooling consumers. Refresh dependency locks, installed runtime payloads, and shared offline archives while preserving the independently pinned Fox toolchains and locally maintained type shims.

Build on D125751591's flow-remove-types upgrade. Keep Gauntlet in its own child because it has an independent release boundary.

Support reviewed, exact-root Yarn installation options in the upgrade policy. Recharts' forced macOS fsevents resolution needs platform checking disabled and optional packages omitted on Linux; no other installation roots or dependency-verification checks are exempted.

The installation-policy correction is an intentional prerequisite for executing the supplied playbook on Linux, not a separate feature rollout. The unchanged 0.335 Recharts dependency installation reproduced the forced macOS fsevents failure, including with --ignore-optional alone; the exact-root --ignore-platform/--ignore-optional combination passes without changing the manifest or lock. Keeping this tested, allowlisted exception in source makes the upgrade reproducible while preserving dependency/version checks and the other installation roots.

Changelog: [internal] Upgrade xplat and AR/VR Flow JavaScript tooling to 0.336.0.
