Redesign the Broadcasts page

Summary

• New Broadcasts page: featured player (click to load a youtube-nocookie iframe), Up next list, topic-filtered library with Load more, Past live tab, achievements series shelf and a subscribe band.
• Video data moves to src/data/broadcasts.ts (12 tutorials, 4 past live). Publish dates come from YouTube's public RSS feeds at build time via plugins/broadcasts-feed; no API key, and no YouTube requests in the browser before play (titles were previously fetched client-side via oEmbed).
• Adds VideoObject JSON-LD, a description on every card, and "Lesson notes" links to the Learn pages that exist.
• Removes the old details page and its CSS. No purple left on the page.

For review

• All video descriptions are first drafts marked TODO(sanjay), including the badge requirement claims.
• Past live is a hand-written list; the RSS feed cannot tell live streams from normal videos.
• Two extra videos (Postman session, Sept 2024 presentation) are left out for now.
• Achievements and Open source pills are blue (not purple) to honour "no purple".

Checked

Build and typecheck pass; one H1; no iframe in the built HTML; no AIza in the output; screenshots at 1440 and 500px plus dark mode. Not tested: clicking play and the Network tab, chips/tabs/load more interactions, 1280/1100/996/768px, keyboard and reduced motion.
