build(llms): add llms-small.txt, the agent primer plus one line per export - #1656

…xport An agent with a small context budget should get the Solid 2.0 corrections before anything else. `pnpm build:llms` now also writes `llms-small.txt` (about 12 KB): the body of the solid-2.0 skill from the solidjs/solid repository (checked in as scripts/llms-small/primer.md, copied without its frontmatter) followed by a table with one line per public `solid-js` export (scripts/llms-small/api.mjs, 63 names checked against packages/solid/src/index.ts; compiler and renderer ABI and `@internal` exports stay out). The primer's tables lose prettier's column padding at build time so the file stays within budget; the checked-in copy is verbatim. llms.txt links the new file beside llms-full.txt.
