Adds a
SECURITY.mdpointing to https://sourcegraph.com/security, matching the one in sourcegraph/sourcegraph and sourcegraph/zoekt, and the same change as sourcegraph/deploy-sourcegraph-docker#1434. This makes the GitHub "Security" tab show the reporting policy for this repo.Checklist
