The scheduled entries job runs every minute and only checks the previous minute. This causes two problems:
STATAMIC_HANDLE_SCHEDULED_ENTRIES=falsemeans static caches and search indexes aren't updated when entries go live.EntryScheduleReached.This PR adds a
STATAMIC_SCHEDULED_ENTRIES_FREQUENCYoption, a cron expression that defaults to* * * * *. The job now saves how far it has checked in the cache. Each run handles everything that became due since then, so running less often only delays updates and doesn't skip entries.Existing sites behave as before: the job runs every minute and checks the previous minute. Missed minutes are now caught up on the next run. After a long gap, the job looks back at most a day, or one interval if the frequency is longer than a day.
