Bound input traversal and key output, fail closed when filter context is incomplete, protect error reporting, and pseudonymize CarrierWave identifiers. Update vulnerable dependencies and gate CI on Ruby and docs advisory audits.

- Around line 199-200: Add explicit JSX spaces at the line ends in the built-in
field names paragraph and the omitted-key description so the rendered text
separates “msg” from “and” and “omitted;” from “_oversized_keys.” Update only
these two text boundaries.

A Rails filter block with three arguments gets every parameter again. Its copy applied the line's output limits, and any cut made the block's keys fail closed, so a request with an 11-item array or an error line with a normal backtrace was written with src, evt and msg filtered. The copy now only stops at 10,000 values, 20 levels of nesting or a value that contains itself. Ahoy's properties and Lograge's params count the keys they leave out in a slot the formatter keeps, and the formatter writes those Integer counts as it writes its own: it used to recount the added key as 1, and Rails' default :_key filter hid it. ActionController::Parameters get exact counts instead of true. Errors raised while formatting, serializing or filtering a value go through LogStruct.handle_value_error, which keeps the error's class and backtrace but not its message. This also covers Rails filter blocks, which still reported the key and the raw error, GlobalID formatting, and SystemStackErrors, which were reported as RuntimeErrors without a backtrace. Remove LogField::Filename, StorePath and Extension, which no log type writes since CarrierWave stopped logging them.
Reserving every built-in field name made common keys like name, url, status, data and action raise in development and test, and disappear in production, on every log type. additional_data was meant to be kept from replacing a line's typed fields, or standing in for one its type didn't write. Each generated log type lists its fields in FIELD_KEYS, and MergeAdditionalDataFields reserves them, set or not, along with src, evt, lvl, ts and req_id. A custom type's serialize writes its own fields after merging additional_data, so its field_keys default to none.
Ruby 3.3 quotes a method in a backtrace with a backtick (`as_json'), and Ruby 3.4 with a single quote.

Summary
Fixes the findings of a security audit of LogStruct, and prepares the 0.3.0 release.
additional_datacan't set any field of its line's own type, set or not, orreq_id.filter_parametersblocks and GlobalID formatting.task ci.Review fixes (second commit onwards)
Reviewing the first two commits found these, each with a regression test:
max_array_items10,max_hash_keys100), and any truncation made every key fail closed. A request with an 11-item array, or any error line with a normal backtrace, was written withsrc, evtandmsgfiltered. The copy now keeps everything Rails would give the block and only stops at the resource limits above._more_keysfrom Ahoy and Lograge was wrong. The integrations' truncated copy added its count as one more key, which the formatter then cut and recounted as1. Rails' defaultfilter_parameters(:_key) also filtered the count. The sharedBoundedInput.symbolize_keysleaves the count a slot, and the formatter writes Integer counts as it writes its own. Parameters get exact counts (keys.size) instead oftrue.additional_datarejected 110 common names. Reserving every built-in field name madename, url, status, data, actionand others raise in dev/test and get dropped in production, on every log type. Each generated type now lists its own fields (field_keys), which are reserved whether or not the line has them.RuntimeErrorwithout a backtrace. Rails filter blocks still reported the key and raw error. OneLogStruct.handle_value_errornow handles all of these paths.LogField::Filename,StorePathandExtension.Behavior changes
_oversized_keys._keys.additional_datacan't set its line type's fields orreq_id.file_idis a keyed hash; its filename, storage path and extension fields were removed from the schema.Verification
