docs: list 0.x tool changes and task list removal in 1.x guide

Problem: The 1.x guide only covers renamed tools used by hooks. It doesn't say which 0.x tools were merged or removed, or that the task list is gone. Users importing 0.x sessions (cosmos-agent#1758) see these tools in old history.

Solution: Add an "Other Tool Changes" table (merged and removed tools, plus the tools that didn't change) and a Task List entry under "Not Compatible". Mappings come from the 0.x tool enums (sidecar-tool-types.ts, tool-types.ts) and the 1.x tool registry plus its extensions.
