### Hook Payloads: Changed Files Detection
In 0.x, hook events for shell execution attempted to calculate and inject an internal list of modified files into the hook payload. This has been removed from `bash` hooks (and is being phased out across other tool hooks). Hooks requiring a list of modified files should rely directly on version control (e.g., `git status --porcelain` or `git diff --name-only`) rather than tool-level payload heuristics.
