Merged

Conversation
Correct the framework path, the per-user applications directory, the flavors that install python3.x-32, the supported architectures and the build-installer.py requirements in Mac/README.rst, and the script name, Tcl/Tk version and two typos in Mac/BuildScript/README.rst.

Corrections, each checked against the build files:
Mac/README.rst/Library/Framework/Python.framework→/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework, the default inconfigure.ac.$HOME/Applications/Python-<VERSION>→Python <VERSION>:PYTHONAPPSDIRinMac/Makefile.inuses a space, as the rest of the README does.python3.x-32is installed only whenLIPO_32BIT_FLAGSis set inconfigure.ac, which happens forall,inteland3-way. The text said "all flavors but64-bitandintel-64", which also covereduniversal2,32-bitandintel-32.x86_64. macOS 11 added Apple Silicon (arm64), which the same file already reflects in theuniversal2flavor and in "11.0 and later SDKs supportuniversal2".build-installer.pyis outdated: the script's docstring says building installers for 10.4 is no longer supported as of 3.7.0. It now points toMac/BuildScript/README.rst.Mac/BuildScript/README.rstbuild-installer.py, notbuild-install.py.useOldTk()selects 8.6.8 only on build machines older than macOS 10.15, and 9.0.4 otherwise.Documentation only, so no NEWS entry. Both files are identical on 3.15. On 3.14,
Mac/README.rstis identical, butMac/BuildScript/README.rststill says OpenSSL 3.0.x (the script builds 3.5.9), so the Tcl/Tk hunk needs a manual backport there. On 3.13 the script still builds Tcl/Tk 8.6.18, so the Tcl/Tk change must not be backported to 3.13.See #160547.
